A bit about us...

Hi, I am Ed, the founder of Eco Advisor. A degree qualified engineer, who has spent decades within the commercial building industry. When working within the commercial building industry, one expects that you are dealing with experts in their chosen fields. These professionals know the systems that they are providing inside out. In contrast, when I have assisted renewable energy companies in the domestic building industry it is clearly filled with people who do not understand what they are selling and have little to no qualifications to back up their claims.

Salespeople have their roles to play, however you the customer need to have the knowledge to make informed decisions when spending large sums of money upgrading your homes. By making the best possible choices, you will have the greatest impact in reducing your heating and electrical demands and your carbon footprint.

For years we have seen the consumer installing products and systems which will not provide what they have been promised. We want to change this; we want to provide the best independent advice to allow you to make the best decisions to suit your homes and budgets.
