In fact there is no pitch, no products to sell, just genuine impartial advise backed up with calculations allowing you the consumer to make the best decisions to suit your property.
Eco Advisor conduct a full survey of your property, reviewing the heat losses through the fabric, the current heating, ventilation and electrical systems, as well as any existing renewable technologies. We are also able to conduct thermal imaging of your property to see thermal breaks and areas that are not properly insulated and conduct smoke tests to see where there is air leakage.
We review and discuss the buildings usage and energy bills, then review how the building could be upgraded and used differently to reduce bills.
Once the survey is conducted we then review the benefits gained from improvements to the buildings fabric and installation of renewable energy sources and review potential savings both in cost and in carbon emissions.
We will then provide recommendations to suit your budget on what will save the most money and provide the best paybacks.
We will also advise on available grants, feed in tariffs and incentives.

Along with our calculations, report and recommendations we also provide guidance packs for any equipment or insulation that we recommend. This outlines how systems work, how to compare different manufacturers and guidance on what items should cost.
